// DOMESTIC

All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post and come with a tracking number. Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding holidays & weekends) for orders to be processed before calculated shipping times go into effect.

We ship orders to the address provided by the customer. Please be sure to provide us with the correct shipping address, as Somme Studio is not responsible for delays or for the replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. Once an order has left our facility, Somme Studio is not responsible for any damaged, lost, delayed or stolen packages while in transit by carrier. We do not offer refunds on lost packages.

 

// INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders are sent via Australia Post and can take up to 5 weeks to reach you depending on whether there are any delays. Please note that 'Economy International' does NOT come with tracking or insurance. If you would like your package to be trackable, we suggest choosing 'Standard International'. Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding holidays & weekends) for orders to be processed before calculated shipping times go into effect.

Somme studio is not able to provide a full refund for lost packages however, a replacement package can be arranged.

NOTE:  All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office to get specific tax and duty information.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

we currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless there has been a fault on our behalf. If your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing) due to our oversight, please contact us. Postage incurred will be borne by us in this situation. Returns must be notified of, confirmed and returned within 10 days (domestic orders) 20 days (international orders) from order fulfilment.

Items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and held responsible by the customer. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the exchange/refund within 48 hours.
