DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS

All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post and come with a tracking number. Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding holidays & weekends) for orders to be processed before calculated shipping times go into effect.

We ship orders to the address provided by the customer. Please be sure to provide us with the correct shipping address, as Somme Studio is not responsible for delays or for the replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. Once an order has left our facility, Somme Studio is not responsible for any damaged, lost, delayed or stolen packages while in transit by carrier. We do not offer refunds on lost packages.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Orders are shipped with Australia Post via economy OR tracked standard shipping (select options at checkout). Australia Post estimates international delivery to take in between 7 to 14 business days, however we can not guarantee how long it will actually take for your item to arrive due to customs. Customs can be unpredictable and may hold on to a package for as long as eight weeks. For delays this long in shipping, please contact your local customs office.

International customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be incurred.

We do not refund for packages lost in transit.

We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or unretrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.

We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back to Somme Studio and will incur a reshipment fee.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless there has been a fault on our behalf. If your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing) due to our oversight, please contact us.
